As a complete neutral i think that you would be relegated this season without his driving force from midfield. In fact perhaps he should have taken down the whole club because then at least you would have some capable players.

Manchester City midfielder Djamel Abdoun has blasted Joey Barton following his training-ground fight with Ousmane Dabo. He said Barton picked on Dabo because he would not fight back, and claimed the midfielder acts like "he is the Zidane of Manchester City".

Why sell your best player :| Just get rid of Dabo and problem solved lol! Serious no point in selling Barton for only 5.5 Million and your chairman seems to take 90% of the transfer money for himself! You's sold Shaun for 21 Million and who did you's buy with that money? Can't think of anyone! Barton should be kept if you have anychance of improving in your league spot next season
